Sales Manager | Full-Time
Job Type: Full-time, on-site
Pay Rate: Competitive base salary plus sales commission
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Learn, understand, and lead the Wegner Automotive sales process
- Respond to phone calls and emails from potential and existing customers
- Answer questions regarding product details and recommend products based on customers' applications
- Have a deep understanding of products and applications (product training provided)
- Update and record sales information
- Willingness to travel to shows and events
Education and Experience:
- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Sales or related field
- Sales experience 2+ years
Qualifications and Skills:
- Microsoft Suite
- QuickBooks (preferred)
- Automotive Knowledge in LS and LT engines (required)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- General computer skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently
- Efficient and organized with time management
